My Story
Hi, I’m Noa .
I’m a mom to Adam, a psychodrama therapist, a serial entrepreneur, and the co-founder of the School for Training Therapists in Science-Based Nutritional Medicine inspired by Maimonides, alongside Dr. Gil Yosef Shahar.
For the past two decades, I’ve been guiding people through healing processes, witnessing firsthand the frustration they feel when forced to give up so many of the foods they love. I’ve been through my own share of nutritional transformations, and when I cut dairy out of my diet, I felt a deep sense of longing for it.

Fifteen years ago, I realized I wanted to help people heal through joy, not deprivation. So, I decided to follow my dream and flew to California to study at the world’s leading academy for training vegan chefs. I learned how to turn natural, whole ingredients into colorful, nourishing dishes that delight both body and soul. And my final project? You guessed it, vegan cheeses!
