1. The course

The Dairy Free Cheese Lab is a digital, pre-recorded video course with accompanying recipes and resources. Access is delivered online after purchase and is provided on a lifetime-access basis for your personal use.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course for your own use. You may not share, resell, copy, distribute, or publicly display the course content. All content, videos, recipes, and materials remain our intellectual property.

3. Payment

The price is shown at checkout in US dollars and is charged as a one-time payment. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. You receive a receipt and your access details by email after purchase.

4. Refund policy - 14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be delighted. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing hello@dairyfreecheeselab.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable.

5. Educational purpose & disclaimer

The course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or health advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Results vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or course, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the content in any unlawful way.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the course. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
